Welcome to Line Dance Tonight, run by House of CINO LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Line Dance Tonight is

Line Dance Tonight is a free calendar and directory that helps people find line dance events, starting in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Basic listings are free for every host.

Event listings

Listings come from public sources, such as hosts' websites and social media posts, and from hosts themselves. We work to keep them accurate, but dates, times, prices and locations can change, and events can be cancelled. Always check with the host before you go.

Line Dance Tonight is not the host of the events listed and is not responsible for them, including what happens at an event, the venue, tickets or refunds. Questions about an event go to its host. Choosing to go to an event and take part is your decision.

Featured and sponsored listings

Line Dance Tonight may earn money from featured or sponsored listings. Featured, promo and sponsor spots are coming soon and have no prices yet. Any paid, featured or sponsored listing will always be labeled as such, so you can tell it apart from regular listings. Paying for a spot never changes how regular listings are sorted or described.

Event submissions

A successful submission through the connected forms can store the information you supply. The add your event form is free. When you submit an event, you confirm that:

• You are the host, or you have the host's permission to list the event
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to share the information and any images you send, such as flyers or photos, and sharing them does not break anyone else's rights

We review submissions before they go live. We may edit a submission for clarity, length or format, and we may decline or remove any submission at any time. Submitting an event doesn't mean it will be listed.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give House of CINO LLC a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, display, format and share your submission, including its text and images, on Line Dance Tonight and in the weekly email, to list and promote the event and the site. This license ends when the listing is removed, except for copies already sent in emails or kept in routine backups.

Removing or fixing a listing

Any host or business can ask us to remove or correct a listing about them, using the Remove or fix my listing page. We honor removal requests: if you ask us to take a listing about you down, we will remove it. If you ask for a correction, we will fix the listing or remove it.

The weekly email

You can sign up using the connected weekly email signup form. Weekly-email sending has not started. The weekly email will be free and, with your separate, explicit signup consent, will include the weekly list of line dance events and occasional news about Line Dance Tonight. Every email will include an unsubscribe link so you can unsubscribe any time. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your email address.

Using the site

Please don't:

• Use the site for anything unlawful
• Copy, scrape, or republish the site's listings in bulk without our written permission
• Try to break, overload, or get around the site's security
• Submit false, misleading, harmful, or spam content

Our content

The Line Dance Tonight name, design, text, and the way the listings are organized belong to House of CINO LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Event names, flyers, logos and images belong to their owners. You may share links to Line Dance Tonight pages and quote small portions with credit.

Links to other sites

Line Dance Tonight links to websites we don't control, such as host pages and ticket sites. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promises that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information is complete or current.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, House of CINO LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss or injury arising from your use of the site, the information on it, or any event you choose to attend. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover claims and costs that result from it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
